Use this chart to help follow a weekly exercise routine that's just right for you

Navigating your way through the sea of equipment at a gym can be a challenging task. Listed below is a six-day, comprehensive exercise regimen you can implement at your own gym. Simply select the suggested exercises that match your fitness level. If unfamiliar with any of these exercises, just ask a gym staff member for a demonstration. Scheduling an appointment with a certified personal trainer could also be beneficial for learning proper form and technique. As always, check with your physician prior to making major changes in your workout routine.
