Social Studies/Careers/Writing Have students design thank-you cards and letters that look like bandages to send to the school nurse thanking her for always being on duty. Talk about nursing as a career and the various forms it can take. Discuss the educational requirements and then bring the cards, balloons and cookies to your school nurse.
